Medical Cannabis bill passes in Kentucky senate committee

Members of a Kentucky Senate committee recently approved a medical cannabis legalization bill. On March 14, Senate Bill 47 was reviewed in the Senate Licensing & Occupations Committee voted 8-3, which will now move forward to the Senate floor. One of the bill’s sponsors, Sen. Stephen West, spoke at
