When it comes to proper storage, especially for flower, I’ve tried just about everything: glass jars, plastic bins, vacuum sealing, Mylar… you name it. Some were okay, others… not so much. Most of them came with trade-offs: things dried out too fast, got too moist, lost their smell, or just didn’t store well long term.
