Republicans push back against Beshear's Medical Cannabis order

LOUISVILLE – Rep. Jason Nemes and other Republicans have pushed back against Gov. Andy Beshear’s executive order allowing the possession of medical cannabis under certain conditions. Nemes has led the effort in the General Assembly to legalize medical marijuana and while a bill passed the House with
