\n<\/span>Protect the Public\u2019s Trust, a nonprofit focused on government transparency, filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for allegedly refusing to turn over marijuana rescheduling records<\/span><\/a>, including communications with the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration.<\/span>
