\n<\/span>Federal officials with U.S. Customs and Border Protection have suddenly started seizing marijuana from state-licensed businesses<\/span><\/a> in more than a dozen stops at checkpoints within New Mexico in recent weeks.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) sent a letter pressing Customs and Border Protection to reverse a recent decision to narrow<\/span><\/a> its period of employment ineligibility over past marijuana use from two years to three months\u2014saying it \u201cundermines\u201d security.<\/span>
