\n<\/span>The Department of Justice filed a brief again asking a court to dismiss a lawsuit from marijuana businesses<\/span><\/a> that are seeking to prevent federal enforcement against their activities\u2014while admitting that legalization boosts tourism.<\/span>

\n<\/span>German lawmakers are pushing the federal government to announce details on the second pillar of its marijuana legalization plan<\/span><\/a> focused on commercial sales.<\/span>
