\n<\/span>The Hawaii legislature<\/span><\/a> passed a concurrent resolution calling on Gov. Josh Green (D) to create a clemency program for people with prior marijuana convictions on their records.<\/span>

\n<\/span>The Nevada Assembly<\/span><\/a> passed a resolution urging Congress to federally legalize marijuana.<\/span>
