\n<\/span>Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR)<\/span><\/a> blasted the federal government\u2019s \u201chopelessly out of step\u201d approach to marijuana in comments to Health and Human Services Sec. Xavier Becerra during a House hearing.<\/span>
