\n<\/span>In a fact sheet released ahead of <\/span>President Joe Biden\u2019s State of the Union speech<\/span><\/a> on Tuesday, the White House touted his cannabis pardons\u2014saying that \u201ccriminalization of marijuana possession has upended too many lives.\u201d The president did not end up discussing cannabis during the speech itself, though he did call for a crackdown on fentanyl and other drugs.<\/span>
