\n<\/span>President Joe Biden<\/span><\/a>, pressed on what he has done to help the Black community since taking office, immediately cited his marijuana pardons proclamation\u2014but appeared to overstate its impact by conflating the move with expungement.<\/span>

\n<\/span>New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D)<\/span><\/a> said the state should \u201crevisit\u201d its criminalization of growing marijuana at home for personal use\u2014but not until the commercial cannabis industry is \u201con its feet.\u201d<\/span>

\n<\/span>Maryland\u2019s House Cannabis Referendum and Legalization Workgroup<\/span><\/a> discussed other states\u2019 marijuana equity policies at its final meeting before voters decide on a legalization ballot measure next week.<\/span>

\n<\/span>A new poll found that <\/span>Colorado very likely voters<\/span><\/a> just barely oppose the psychedelics legalization initiative on next week\u2019s ballot, 44 percent to 43 percent, and that support has increased significantly since an earlier September survey.<\/span>

Earl Blumenauer (D-OR)<\/span><\/a> told Marijuana Moment in an interview that he believes Colorado voters will approve a ballot initiative to legalize psychedelics next week and that he \u201cabsolutely\u201d sees parallels to the state-by-state movement for marijuana reform.<\/span><\/p>\n
