\n<\/span>California Republican congressional candidate <\/span>Kevin Kiley<\/span><\/a>, currently a state assemblyman, tweeted, \u201cThe illegal cannabis market is out of control, spawning violence and many other types of crime. It\u2019s yet another example of lawlessness in California.\u201d<\/span>
