\n<\/span>White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre<\/span><\/a>, asked about President Joe Biden\u2019s campaign pledge to free marijuana prisoners, said he is continuing to \u201cevaluate further uses of clemency powers.\u201d<\/span>

\n<\/span>Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT)<\/span><\/a> released draft spending bills and reports containing provisions calling for federal reforms on marijuana, psychedelics and hemp policies.<\/span>
