\n<\/span>New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D)<\/span><\/a> said he expects recreational marijuana sales to launch at existing medical cannabis dispensaries \u201cwithin weeks\u201d\u2014as soon as March. He also said he\u2019s open to allowing consumers to grow their own at home.<\/span>
