His veto message calls for legalization instead and highlights how criminalization has a racially disproportionate impact.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Seattle doctor filed a petition asking the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marijuanamoment.net\/seattle-doctor-files-dea-petition-to-reschedule-psilocybin-for-medical-use\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Drug Enforcement Administration<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to reschedule psilocybin.
