That\u2019s expected to take place on Thursday to make passage official.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves (R)<\/span><\/a> signed a medical marijuana bill into law. In a statement, he reiterated his concerns with the reform but praised lawmakers for making \u201csignificant improvements\u201d to earlier drafts.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Commerce Sec. Gina Raimondo<\/span><\/a> said a reporter\u2019s question about marijuana reform is \u201cso far afield from anything that I am working on\u201d and she doesn\u2019t have \u201cany updates\u201d on President Joe Biden\u2019s plans to follow through on his cannabis campaign pledges.<\/span>
