\n<\/span>Germany\u2019s incoming government coalition<\/span><\/a> officially announced plans to legalize marijuana. The plan also includes broader harm reduction measures such as drug checking services.<\/span>

Afghanistan\u2019s Taliban regime<\/span><\/a> announced it signed a cannabis production deal with a company called Cpharm, though an Australian firm of that name later denied it is involved and said it has \u201cno connection with cannabis or the Taliban\u201d and has \u201cno idea where the Taliban media release has come from.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
