\n<\/span>The <\/span>Idaho Supreme Court<\/span><\/a> gave activists a huge boost toward putting a marijuana legalization measure on the state\u2019s 2022 ballot with a ruling striking down new stringent signature gathering requirements.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>New Mexico regulators<\/span><\/a> filed rules for marijuana producers that take effect immediately. They will begin accepting license applications \u201clater this week.\u201d<\/span>

\n<\/span>The <\/span>North Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee<\/span><\/a> approved a medical cannabis bill. This is the second time the panel has advanced the marijuana legislation this session. It recently got referred back for new changes.<\/span>
