\n<\/span>The <\/span>U.S. Anti-Doping Agency<\/span><\/a> said harsh global marijuana penalties against Olympic athletes like Sha\u2019Carri Richardson \u201cmust change.\u201d Meanwhile, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy is pursuing a meeting to discuss cannabis in sports with the World Anti-Doping Agency.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Reps. Barbara Lee (D-CA) and Earl Blumenauer (D-OR)<\/span><\/a> led a congressional sign-on letter calling on the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency to change \u201coutdated and restrictive\u201d policies that punish athletes like Richardson for marijuana.<\/span><\/p>\n
