\n<\/span>Montana anti-marijuana groups<\/span><\/a> are moving to dismiss their own lawsuit that sought to overturn a voter-approved legalization ballot measure. Implementation legislation approved by lawmakers addressed the central dispute about allocating cannabis revenue.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Nebraska activists<\/span><\/a> are preparing to launch a \u201cmass scale\u201d signature gathering drive to qualify at least one\u2014and possibly several\u2014medical cannabis ballot measures for 2022. Lawmakers have also discussed a potential recreational marijuana initiative.<\/span>

\n<\/span>A <\/span>federal judge<\/span><\/a> said a lawsuit over the seizure of hemp plants should be dismissed because the 2018 Farm Bill did not provide for a private right of action.<\/span>
