Please write that down, tattoo it on the back of your hand \u2014 whatever it takes.<\/p>\n Nucleation is a basic chemical process; you can see it at work if you\u2019ve got an old chocolate bar. You know the one: There\u2019s a patina of white powder over the bar, and instead of a smooth consistency, it\u2019s a crumbly mess.
