Now, constantly shifting regulation in both the state\u2019s medical and recreational industries creates a minefield of obstacles and hazards for aspiring cannabis companies. Picture two young guys who\u2019ve successfully navigated the past seven years of flux while dipping their toes in every corner of the industry, from growing, to running a dispensary to extracting cannabis concentrates: meet Adam Weiss and Spencer Uniss, founders of the Boulder, Colorado-based company, Bolder Cannabis &amp; Extracts. Weiss and Uniss say they were just in the right place at the right time. The pair met while attending CU Boulder, where they bonded over their shared fixation with top-shelf cannabis. After graduation, each tried other professions before the fallout of the 2008 recession inspired them to invest in their own growing operation together.
